In an interactive and sensory rich demonstration, local fermenters and condiment makers, Atina Foods will bring ACC visitors through their process of lacto fermenting local vegetables, using just salt, no water or vinegar and trusting the process. Participants can bring one (well cleaned) 8oz mason jar for pickles to take home! Ages 12+
